Blog 1: Who I Am

 

Hello everyone! This post is a short biography of me. 💖

My name is Camila González Saavedra, I am nineteen years-old and was born on December 1 in Santiago, Chile. Currently, I live in San Bernardo with my parents and my dog named Tokio, he is a very playful Beagle and I´m in love with him.

I am an extremely neat, organized and enthusiastic person.

I´m in the second year of Public Administration and during my free time I am a nail artist, also I enjoy drawing and cooking, but most of all i like spending time with my family and Friends.  

The one in the picture is my dog tokio.

I can´t wait to read your blogs!

Post 4: Hotcakes 🥞💓

Hello, this is my fourth post! today I bring you one of my favorite foods.👀 I love hotcakes and I love to cook them!🥞 They are fluffier and thicker pancakes and they´re the typical breakfast in the United States. They are a batter made with flour, eggs, milk, yeast and butter and are cooked in a pan for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown. I love hotcakes because they´re very versatile, you can eat them for breakfast, as a dessert or just because, they can be sweet or savory, using fruits, jams, chocolate, butter, honey and many other things. If they´re a little harmful to your health because of the sugar or fillings you add to them, however you can replace the flour with oatmeal and you´d have healthy pancakes. I hope you like pancakes too!👅💓

 Hi!💘✌ As a child I wanted to be a math teacher or doctor because I loved the idea of teaching and helping people but years later I decided that math wasn´t a good idea haha. After that, until the day of the university application I was convinced to study medicine even though I was always interested in public service and government issues.   Finally I got the score for medicine but decided it wasn't my way and switched to public administration. I decided for this major because I think Chile can be a better country and I'd love to contribute to that.   So far my college experience has been a little frustrating about online classes but I really hope the pandemic is over so I can meet them all 💖   Cheers!👀
